IONIZED HYDROGEN WATER BOTTLE

To clean a hydrogen water bottle, follow these steps to ensure it remains free from bacteria, mineral buildup, and metallic taste:

Regular Cleaning (Daily)

1. Rinse with Warm Water – After each use, rinse the bottle thoroughly with warm water to prevent buildup.
2. Mild Soap & Soft Sponge – Wash the bottle with mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that may scratch the electrodes.
3. Rinse Thoroughly – Make sure all soap is removed before refilling.

Deep Cleaning (Weekly)

1. White Vinegar Soak
2. Citric Acid or Lemon Juice
3. Hydrogen Peroxide (Optional for Disinfection)

Electrode Plate Maintenance

• If the electrode plates inside the bottle are exposed and have buildup, clean them using vinegar or citric acid.

Metallic Taste – Is It Normal?

A slight metallic taste in hydrogen water can be normal, especially with new bottles. However, it may indicate:

• Mineral buildup on the plates.
• Electrode material (often titanium with a platinum coating) reacting with water.
• Low-quality water – Try switching to filtered or distilled water instead of tap water.
